2024/25 in Review: AEDA Annual Report Highlights

The Business Fundamentals Program, an initiative of the state government's Office for Small and Family Business and the South Australian Small Business Strategy 2023 – 2030, allows business owners to access mentoring, workshops and advisory services. The initiative aims to provide the knowledge and tools needed to strengthen strategies, build confidence and elevate business processes.

AEDA will host its next Data4Lunch event at the Adelaide Marriott Hotel on Wednesday, 12 November 2025. New Businesses Launch at Eighty Eight O’Connell

The new Eighty Eight O’Connell development has welcomed a wave of new businesses, marking an exciting chapter of growth and opportunity at the site that was vacant for 36 years. City businesses are gearing up for bumper trade during the upcoming Black Friday weekend, with new figures showing consumer spending climbing for the third straight year. According to new data, city-wide spending will reach approximately $68 million between Friday 28 November and Monday 1 December—up 12 per cent from 2024.
